Diaphragmatic Hernias – Online Vet Nurse CPD

This 70 minute online vet nurse CPD will look at the pre, intra and post operative considerations for the diaphragmatic rupture patient, including clinical signs, oxygen therapy, anaesthesia and surgical considerations, thoracic drain maintenance and care, and analgesia requirements.

Diaphragmatic ruptures are commonly seen in veterinary practice and patients may present in varying amounts of respiratory distress.
